FALL 2026 PARKING GUIDELINES
City Park Parking Lot Update – Parking lot construction at Liberty Hill City Park started on August 10, 2026.
This will be a 6–7-month long project to create a new concrete parking lot, approximately 230 designated parking spaces,
along with curbs, sidewalks, and other infrastructure improvements. This project is managed and coordinated by the City
of Liberty Hill and its contractors. While this is an exciting long-term investment in our park, construction will affect parking
and traffic flow throughout the Fall soccer season, and you may notice some changes to our normal scheduling process
for weekend games.
STARTING MONDAY, 8/10:
● We encourage families to carpool whenever possible and, for older players, consider dropping them off
at the designated player drop-off and pick up loop. On weekend game days, we only have spots for 1
car per family, and some overflow. So please please please plan ahead and carpool!
● Parking will be available for all fields at the swimming pool, and in the temporary parking lot next to field
10. (map below)

- There is a loop for parents to drive through to get to parking, and to get to the player drop off/pick up area. If your player is not at the pick up spot when you arrive, continue driving through the loop so you do not hold up traffic.
- Most pathways in the temporary parking lot are one way – Please be mindful of arrows on the ground to ensure you do not back up traffic.
- When exiting the temporary parking lot, you must YIELD to entering cars as only one car can fit in the entrance. Once there are no more cars entering the lot, you can exit. You will see the yield line when exiting the park.
- Please do your best to park in the parking lines, and only park where you see an ORANGE P painted on the ground in the spot. You cannot make parking for yourself as this is a city park and we have coordinated where parking is allowed.
- DO NOT IDLE your car while parked in the temporary parking lot. The city has asked that we prevent this to eliminate the possibility of grass fires in the park.
- Weather-related field closures will be more common this Fall, and some home games may be relocated if necessary. If there is medium to heavy rain at all, it is likely our fields will close due to the parking lot being unsafe.
- Field Routes – How to get to your field from the temporary parking lot or swimming pool parking (BLUE ARROWS ON FIELD MAP):
- To get to Fields 1A and 1B, please walk past the swimming pool and through the grass along the side of the pool to get to your fields.
- To get to Fields 4-9, please walk on the right side of the park, past the playground and pavilion, and then go left to the fields.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work through this temporary inconvenience. When completed, these improvements will provide a safer, more organized parking area and greatly enhance the experience for our players, families, and visitors for years to come. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to reach out. Thank you for being a part of Liberty Hill Youth Soccer Association! We look forward to an awesome Fall 2026 season!
