Player Registration
Liberty Hill area children, ages 4-18, are eligible to
enroll in co-ed, recreational soccer. Players must be age 4 by July 1 in order to participate. Registration forms may
be downloaded below, beginning July 1, 2008. Forms should be completed and returned with payment by August 31, 2008 (final
deadline). Late applications will not be accepted.
Completed forms may be returned to Blue Moon Video, Liberty
Hill Auto Center, or returned by U.S. Mail to LHYSA, PO Box 220, Liberty Hill, TX 78642.
