Player Registration, Parent Information
Liberty Hill area children, ages 4-15, are eligible to enroll in co-ed, recreational soccer. Registration may be completed online, or forms may be downloaded below and returned with payment by February 25, 2012 (final deadline). Late applications will not be accepted.
Register on-line or completed the paper registration form and return to Liberty Hill Auto or returned by U.S. Mail to LHYSA, PO Box 220, Liberty Hill, TX 78642.
